Roussos 399 Student Housing will offer apartment rental for students from the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) – also known as Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου (ΤΕΠΑΚ / TEPAK) – and many other educational institutions and schools. Long-term rentals for apartments is also available for non-students. For over a decade, this property provided accredited dormitories (dorms) for TEPAK.
